With over 13 years of experience in taxation, audits, compliance, and strategic finance, Neha brings the perfect balance of technical depth and real-world practicality to the table.
Soon after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Neha joined a leading textile company headquartered in Mumbai, with manufacturing units in Bangalore and a strong international trade presence. There, she built and led the finance division from scratch, managed audits, taxation, financial reporting, and steered a full-scale ERP implementation as Project Manager. Her involvement in critical business decisions early on gave her rare insight into the financial backbone of high-growth businesses.
As the Founder of NBA, Neha naturally plays a key role in shaping the firm’s direction and client service model—working closely with businesses across multiple geographies and industries. Her approach is hands-on, forward-thinking, and built around understanding each client’s unique needs.
